Railtown Catering’s immensely popular BBQ Tailgate menu is now available to enjoy at home. Indulge in our mouthwatering, slow-smoked brisket, pork shoulder and beer-brined chicken and brats, along with a selection of delicious bbq sides.
Packages are portioned to accommodate up to 4 people. All items are pre-cooked, and designed to be re-heated and served (re-heating instructions will be provided). Those who are hosting a larger group can order additional side dishes on an a-la-carte basis.
Packages require three business days notice to order. Available for pick up only on Saturday Feb. 11th and Sunday Feb. 12th between 11:00 – 3:30 p.m.
